Color Cop – color picker

I don’t know how I ever got by without this.  Color Cop is a very small but powerful program.  It allows you to use a dropper to select any color on your screen.  Whether it is in a picture, a logo, or on a website and gives you the exact information so you can re-create that color.  Whether you are creating a website or making brochures, this tool can be invaluable.

Google Calendar

In any “Elmas Recommends” list, Google Calendar would have to be included.  What it does for FREE is astonishing!  To show on one calendar, I can include several different calendars, each color coded and each able to independently be turned on or off.  It can be “shared” with different people by inviting them and they look at and, with your permission, edit events.Also, you can take an individual calendar and embed it onto a website so you don’t need to create and maintain a seperate calendar for your website for events, etc.  You can even set it up wJust set up a free google account and do a search (on google no less) for google calendar and start inputing dates.  You can even set it up to sync where it is available offline on your computer.  By the way, Blackerry can be set up to sync it with your Blackberry calendar.
