Have you wanted to work with Master Coach Elmas?

Being one of the 4 LightpreneursTM to take part is an amazing, affordable way to do just that. You will have 7 hours of coaching with him and with 6 of those hours receive not just the benefit of his coaching, you will also receive the mastermind effect of all the participants in addition to Elmas . The program will consist of 4 x 1.5 hour mastermind group sessions every other week with an extra coaching session directly with Elmas to work specifically on YOUR business.  You will also receive recordings of each of the sessions to help continue to grow your business.  All of this for less than you would normally pay for just Two hours of coaching with him.

The Next Level

Whether it is getting your business off the ground, getting to profitability, or going even higher, that is what this group is about.

First each participant will receive a questionare to help determine what will create the most benefit for them.  This is an indepth set of questions which previous participants have said was like a coaching session in itself.

Next Elmas will review the questionares and schedule the 1 on 1 session with the participant.  This session will focus specifically on your business and creating the foundation for reaching that “next level”

Then Elmas will pair “workout buddies” to help the group hold each other accountable in the next level process.  This person will be going through the same process you are and will be able to support and encourage while being an additional sounding board for business ideas.  Elmas has been doing the mastermind process with groups for several years and has found that this aspect magnifies the success the participants achieve.

Finally, the group will meet “virtually” every other week with the sole focus of helping each other reach that next level.  Elmas will act as coach, moderator, facilitator of these events to keep the process flowing and growing.

Going it alone… no more!

One of the toughest aspects of being a Lightpreneur can be the feeling of “going it alone”.  The MasterLights group takes that isolation away and replaces it with coaching, support and a feeling of TEAM – Together Everyone Achieves More!

Virtually… anywhere!

We will be using a web based platform where each participant can see and hear each other and share information from your computer screen.  If you are familiar with video conferencing, that is what we will be doing.  You don’t even have to leave the house!  All you need is a computer, a webcam, and access to the internet.  The program we will be using is browser based, so you will not need any software other than your favorite browser.
